1/ Appearance: orange-pink, very brilliant.
2/ Bouquet: very slightly tangy red fruit.
3/ Palate: supple and very fruity. Good balance between alcohol and fruit. Very fresh finish with touches of honey and acacia.
Serving suggestions :
Cold meats, seafood, fish, grills, white meat.
Serving temperature : 8 to 10°c.
Ageing potential : 2 years.
