Vinification/maturing :
Blend of bled wines selected by Jean Guillot.
Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: a very clear, brilliant pink colour.
2/ Bouquet: red fruit, nice and lively.
3/ Palate: dry and deliciously fruity.
Serving suggestions :
A summer wine. Ideal served with seasonal cuisine: grilled meat and fish, cold meats and all sorts of salads. Its red bottle makes it all the more original.
Serving temperature : 8 to 10°c.
Ageing potential : 1 to 2 years.
