Tasting notes :

1/ Appearance: brilliant dark red.
2/ Bouquet: a rich, expressive nose. Aromas of red fruit.
3/ Palate: opulent aromas of red fruit, notes of blackcurrant. Rounded, long and silky in the mouth.

All types of meats - grilled or in sauces. Cheeses.
Serving temperature : 17° c
Ageing potential : Potential of 10 years.
