vatting for 6 weeks. All the wine is matured in barrels, of which half are new each year,
for 12 months.

2/ Bouquet: a rich, expressive nose. Aromas of red fruit.
3/ Palate: opulent aromas of red fruit, notes of blackcurrant.
Rounded, long and silky in the mouth.
