Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: dark ruby red.
2/ Bouquet: a nose of red fruit, slightly crystallised.
3/ Palate: a clean attack. Aromas of red fruit (redcurrant, cherry). Good tannic structure.
Serving suggestions :
Beef, lamb, roast poultry, white meat in sauces.
Serving temperature : 18°c.
Ageing potential : 7 to 10 years.
