Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: a clear, brilliant wine. Yellow colour with golden tints.
2/ Bouquet: floral notes, acacia, honey.
3/ Palate: a well-balanced wine, fleshy and light with a slightly vegetal character and more classical notes of hazelnut and honey.
Serving suggestions :
Foie gras, melon, white meat, blue cheeses.
Serving temperature : 8°c.
Ageing potential : 8 to 10 years.
