Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: brilliant, garnet-red.
2/ Bouquet: a nice, open, spicy nose. Mixture of pepper, fruit and fine woody touches that are amplified on contact with the air.
3/ Palate: good attack, nice full body, fleshy and long. Good balance between fruit and wood.
Serving suggestions :
Entrecote bordelaise, meat and game.
Serving temperature : 18° c.
Ageing potential : 15 years.
