This wine comes from several estates
selected by Jean Guillot.
The vinification process is performed at low temperatures
in order to extract as much fruit as possible.
The blending of the various batches is then carried out by
Jean Guillot who also deals with the bottling
in optimal conditions. |

| Tasting notes : |
1/ Appearance: pale yellow
with slightly greenish tints.
2/ Bouquet: very fruity with lots of citrus notes
(lemon, grapefruit).
3/ Palate: dry yet not too acidic, this wine
is rounded with the emphasis placed on its fruity flavours. |
