Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: Superb raspberry colour.
2/ Bouquet: The nose is crisp, dominated by aromas of soft fruits.
3/ Palate: It is pleasant with a great deal of crispness and smoothness as well as a slight acidity.
Serving suggestions :
Excellent as an aperitif, will match also perfectly red and white meat and soft cheese.
Serving temperature :10 to 12°C
Ageing potential :2 - 3 years
