| Vinification/maturing

Pressing of the complete bunches of grapes,
racking of the must in cold conditions for 1 to 3 days. Fermentation 10%
in new barrels, 90% in vats.
Stirring of the wine in both the barrels and vats. Bottled 8 months
after harvesting. |

| Tasting notes : |
1/ Appearance: a lovely
clear straw yellow colour.
2/ Bouquet: a rich citrus nose, lots of finesse.
3/ Palate: opens out in the mouth with lots of citrus fruit aromas
and fresh lemon. Very fine and well balanced
with a finish revealing notes of candied and exotic
fruit. A few notes of honey and lime tree blossom. |
