2/ Bouquet: an aromatic nose with dominant notes of very ripe red fruit.
3/ Palate: full and rounded in the mouth with a very harmonious finish.
Serving suggestions :
Red and white meat - roasted, grilled or in a sauce. Fish in wine sauce, desserts with red fruit, cheeses.
Serving temperature : 17 °c.
Ageing potential : 5 to 10 years.
