It's a Saint Estèphe all in rounded and charm, with suave tannins without aggresiveness, but with a great ageing potential.
Serving suggestions :
Will match perfectly withe white meat like calf, but also with a poultry's.
Serving temperature : 18° c.
Ageing potential : 10 to 15 years
