Wine made with grapes from the oldest vines
on the estate (over 30 years old). Maceration on the skins for 48 hours followed by traditional fermentation
with 30 days of maceration.
50% matured in new oak barrels and 50% in one year old barrels
for 12 months. |

| Tasting notes : |
1/ Appearance: dark
red with ruby tints. A very deep colour.
2/ Bouquet: a nose with a fine touch of wood and vanilla
as well as notes of wild fruit.
3/ Palate: a clean attack, nice intense tannins,
the wood is present yet mellow. |
