Picked by hand as the botrytis cinerea appears on the grapes.
Vinification by batch composed of the day's crop, after pressing and racking of the must.
Matured in underground vats and bottled 36 months after harvest.
Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: golden yellow colour.
2/ Bouquet: the nose boasts good intensity. Aromas of gingerbread with notes of dried apricots and white blossom.
3/ Palate: a fleshy wine with good body and nice balance.
Serving suggestions :
Foie gras, white meat, blue cheeses, desserts and aperitifs.
Serving temperature : 8 to 10°c.
Ageing potential : 10 to 15 years.
