the white grape harvest is always among the first in the Bordelais. Controlled low temperature fermentation lasts three to four weeks, and the wine is then aged in the barrel for around ten months.
Tasting notes :
The white wines of Carbonnieux, dry, nervy, elegant and racy are causing delights and astonishment of every connoisseurs.
Serving suggestions :
Incomparable, it would enhance your palate served i, addition to fine fishes as crustaceans: crabs crayfish. It would reveal many of its aromas served cool with white roasted meats.
