2/ Bouquet: a very expressive nose with very ripe fruit aromas and a slight touch of tobacco.
3/ Palate: a lovely full attack leading into spiced flavours. Powerful and harmonious.
Serving suggestions :
Cold meats, red or white meat, dishes served in sauce.
Serving temperature : 18° c.
Ageing potential : 10 to 12 years.
