At low temperature 16 to 18°C with short maceration in order to preserve all the freshness of the fruit and its beautiful ruby colour.
Tasting notes :
Deep ruby colour. Aromatic smell, respberry and blackcurrant round and soft tannins, with a good expression of fruits.
Serving suggestions :
12°C with any food except sweet desserts and chocolate! Excellent with BBQ.
Serving temperature :10° à 12°C
Ageing potential :2 years. This short delay is due to the special vinification.
