Blended and bottled by Jean Guillot in a blue bottle.

Tasting notes :

1/ Appearance: pale colour with slight greenish tints.
2/ Bouquet: delicate fruity notes.
3/ Palate: fruity, dry yet mild, fine and elegant.

Serving suggestions :

Very pleasant as an aperitif, also ideal served with fish, seafood and seasonal salads.
A summer wine par excellence. The blue bottle conjures up images of holidays at the seaside.

Serving temperature : 8 to 10°c
Ageing potential : 1 to 2 years.
