Tasting notes :
1/ Appearance: golden yellow colour.
2/ Bouquet: good intensity. Notes of dried fruit, apricot, quince, honey and acacia blossom.
3/ Palate: nice balance in the mouth with good body. (label).
Serving suggestions :
Aperitifs, foie gras, cheeses, desserts.
Serving temperature : 8 to 10°c.
Ageing potential :10 to 15 years.
